Always a tasty healthy alternative to desserts that even kids love. So simple to make, albeit the prep work can be slightly annoying, but wouldn’t take any more effort than a dessert half as good and half as nutritious. Great for the summer, especially with fresh seasonal fruits.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced Cantaloupe
- 2 cups Honeydew melon
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 2 cups halved green or red grapes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cub blueberries
- ½ cup pomegranate seed
For the dressing:
- 1/3 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or ready made)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tspn poppy seeds
Not a must:
- Fresh mint for garnish
Kitchen things you’ll need:
- A small bowl for the dressing
- A large bowl
- A whisk
Making it:
- In a large bowl combine all the fruits and toss together.
- In a small bowl combine and whisk the ingredients together.
- Drizzle the dressing on top.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
Tips/notes:
- As an alternative to the dressing try rose water or orange blossom water for an exotic flavour
- Add almond slivers to add a nice crunch to the salad without taking away the sweet flavour
